I am so delighted to participate in the 2024 Reinventing Aging After 50 Conference, sponsored by Avenidas in Palo Alto. My presentation, Better Aging at Any Age, is focused on the role of diet, movement, sleep, and managing stress to slow down aging at the cellular level, as measured by biomarkers like oxidative stress and systemic inflammation. I will also have a booth set up.
